Payment can be done through Paypal, Ko-Fi, BCA, Trakteer, or VGen.

Payments are done for a minimum of 50% of the base price for chibi style, or 30% of the base price for regular style (not including backgrounds.) upfront.

Once the final sketch has been decided, I will calculate the final price you need to pay, which is the rest amount of % of the base price (may cost additional fee if the illustration that's being worked on contains extra details.)

For VGen, Payments are done full pay up-front after the rough concept is decided

Additional charges for excessive revisions and details on design may be required.

Revisions may affect progress and timeline.

Max 5 revisions on concept sketch

Max 3 revisions on line art and base color

Max 3 revisions on finished art (no major changes)

The following price listed below are only the base price, which may increase or decrease depends on the character complexity, backgrounds, add-ons, etc.

ONLY any form of increases in the final price affected by the complexity of the request can be negotiable.

The default size of the canvas will be in A5 size for Regular Style. Chibi style will be in 1000 x 1000 px minimum for half-body, and 1700 x 1700 px minimum for fullbody

Reference images are mandatory to a minimum of 3. However, it's better to give as many references as you can for a more satisfying result and less revision to be made.

I will only allow refunds if I haven't started on your commission (unless stated otherwise) or circumstances that forced me to refund the payment incase I am unable to make it in time, such as work, college, health, and/or any personal related issues.

Revisions can be done up to 5 times. (Correcting missing details from the reference image doesn’t count as revisions since it's considered a mistake in my part.)

Do not purpose the artwork for NFT and AI.

Your commissioned artwork may be showcased in my Cara gallery or Trello progress list by default. Please let me know if you want to have the artwork to be removed.

I have the right to cancel your commission request.

Additional characters will get an extra charge of 75% of the base price. If ordering two or more characters with different types/styles, the cheaper base price will be the one to be considered as an "additional character"

Simple non-scenery background (simple patterns, simple abstract, etc) will get an extra charge of max. 20% of the main base price.

Complex non-scenery and simple scenery will get atleast an extra charge of max. 60% of the main base price.

Complex scenery background will get an extra charge of atleast the same main base price. Some exceptions may be made for simple backgrounds, such as sky only, sea only, simple land and sky, etc.

Monetized content usage will be charged 50% of the final price

Commercial merchandising usage will be charged 3x from the final price.
